So I watched Captain America: The Winter Soldier a few nights ago with my girls, and since then I've spent pretty much every second in a rapidly deepening Stucky fic pit and crying over yet another life ruining ship.

Sometimes I really miss the good old days, where all I cared about was Spike/Buffy and rejoicing because Whedon actually occasionally delivered on his romantic subtext (never forgiving him for not going there with Faith/Buffy though).

I'm thinking that maybe someone should set up an OTP Anonymous. Maybe they could wean me off them with slowly worsening ships until I realise my life is better off without all these soul destroying feelings about fictional couples.

Except... Stucky, man. Stucky.

Nooo, I'm so not prepared. I do not have time in my life to become obsessed with another ship!

Yeah, I have a feeling that Stony isn't going to give up it's hold on my without a fight. Which means it's going to be that much worse when Stucky starts trying to make a play for my affections.

you'll have to come and tell me when you've watched it. if you end up being anything like me, you'll be needing a few fic recs to help patch up your shattered soul. Or you know, smash it into smaller pieces, I have those too so whatever you're into :)

lol I am actually somewhat known for my fic reccing skills amongst my twitter friends for a few pairings we all ship together, and i am pretty sure stucky is gonna end up added to that list so come at me, I can almost guarantee setting you up with some good ones!
