Rage Post about 3x16 "1912"

So, I normally write a long review of each episode (complete with gifs in an effort to make people laugh), but I'm having trouble with this episode.  The first watch had me vacilating wildly between between wanting to rip my hair out and falling asleep, and although on second viewing it has gotten a bit better, my rage for certain things is still there.  So I'm writing a rage post, in the hopes that by getting it all out I can settle down and write a proper review, and I'm posting it here, because there will probably be lots of swearing involved (sorry for that in advance).
