I need help filling in this sign up form!

Okay so, a bunch of you guys pointed me towards the
hd_erised fic exchange, and thank you for the hint, because I have decided to sign up. The only problem is, I'm now stressing on how to answer these questions! I mean, how do I give one sentence on why I love H/D? I literally got asked this question on Tumblr, and my answer ended up being about 2k long and I still wasn't done! But more seriously, what do I put for things I like to read about? Does it have to be super specific, or more general? Like, do I write something like, "I like reading about Draco being a Potions Master running his own company", or "I like a Draco who is good at potions" (I actually have very few feelings about Draco and his affiliation with potions, but as an example)? I mean, I could easily come up with a list of vague things I like to read about (8th year fics, something plotty, lots of banter and dialogue, stuff like that) and stuff that I don't (infidelity, pairing character death, unhappy endings), but should I be more specific than that?
Also, should I put down the kinds of tropes or kinks I would be interested in writing? Because I can pretty much attempt to write any content (barring a few personal squicks). Basically, I just need an idea on exactly how specific I need to be in the sign up, and any advice would be great!

Maybe looking at last year's sign ups might help?

You should just be as specific as you want. But I would be fairly specific about your squicks. Otherwise, you might get an unwelcome surprise. Just don't get all stressed out about it. Whatever you put on the list will be fine.
